How does it work?

Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., you just open the front door, unbutton the pop-up can that we provided you, and drop your tied up bag into the container.
An Exceeding Expectations valet personnel will makes the rounds Sunday through Thursday and transfers the trash to a carrying container.
From there, the valet personnel brings your trash to the community dumpster unload and tidies the dumpster common areas onsite.

When does service start?

Valet personnel collect trash Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 8pm until 4am.

Do you offer recycling services?

Depends on your contract

Do you bill our residents directly?

Our contracts are made with the apartment companies so they are billed monthly.

What's permitted to be placed in the pop-up can?

Almost anything that fits in the bag and weighs less than 25 pounds. We do request that you not put broken glass, jagged edges, or loose sharps in your bags as these are both more likely to rip the bag and to endanger our valet personnel. We also ask that you to refrain from throwing away anything that is illegal in your state. In most places discarding motor oil, paint, or hazardous liquids are illegal.

Why wasn’t my trash collected?

There could be a few reasons.

Trash was out after 8:00 p.m. Valets personnel start their service at 8:00 p.m. sharp, so if your trash wasn’t in the container by then, the valet could have missed it.
Too many bags. Although we make every effort to pick up all your trash, if there are too many bags, valets might only be able to remove one or two and will have to pick up the rest over the next night or two.
The bag was too heavy. For the safety of our valets, bags should weigh no more than 25 pounds. If your trash is heavier than this, please split it among two or three bags. If there are too many bags for the valets to pick up in one night, they will pick up the rest of the bags over the following nights.
Trash wasn’t bagged and tied securely. Trash is messy. But our valets can’t carry loose waste to the dumpster, so it’s important for it to be bagged and tied.
Boxes weren’t flattened and bundled. If you want to dispose of your pizza boxes – or any other boxes, for that matter – we ask that you flatten them completely and leave them behind the storage container. If you have multiple boxes, please flatten and bundle them with tape. As with trash, we ask that you keep the boxes under 25 pounds.
Trash was not in the container. Our job is to keep your community clean and tidy, so with the exception of flattened, bundled boxes, all trash needs to be in the container and we instructed our personnel not to remove any bags that aren't placed in the containers provided to you. We understand that not all trash will fit in the container with the lid shut, so if you have more than one bag, you may stack it atop the other bag(s) inside the container. Just keep the lid open.
You had an item on top of the container. Valets personnel will remove your belongings empty the container and place your belonging back on top, if this becomes a reoccurring thing the valet will leave a warning notification on your door after the first time, if it happens again the valet personnel will be instructed not to empty that container and the leasing office will be notified.

What size bags can you use?

As long as it’s securely tied, doesn’t leak, and fits inside the container, your bag can be as large or small as it needs to be. If you have too much trash for one bag to fit in the container, divide it among two or more bags. We understand that not all trash will fit in the container with the lid shut, so if you have more than one bag, you may stack it atop the other bag(s) inside the container. Just keep the lid open and remember bags need to be under 25 pounds.

What do I do with boxes?

If you want to dispose of your pizza boxes – or any other boxes, for that matter – we ask that you flatten them completely and leave them behind the storage container. If you have multiple boxes, please flatten and bundle them with tape.

Do you collect big items like appliances, furniture, etc.?

No, unfortunately, we cannot dispose of large items like this. For anything besides bagged waste and flattened boxes, you will need to contact your community manager or municipal trash collection service.

I have a lot of trash. How many bags can I put in the container?

You can stack as many as will fit inside the container. If necessary, you could split your trash pick-up over two or more days. We understand that not all trash will fit in the container with the lid shut, so if you have more than one bag, you may stack it atop the other bag(s) inside the container. Just keep the lid open.

Why did I get a violation?

A violation notice will be placed on the residents for the following reasons. Violations for leaking trash, bags not properly secured. bags containing motor oil, sharp items that could injury the valet personnel, etc.

Why am I getting a fine?

After the fourth violations in 6 month residents are subjected to getting fined by the apartment complex community. Exceeding Expectation do not fine the residents.

Cost to replace the collapsible trash containers

The first container is free if another is needed before 3 years the resident must pay 29.95 for a new one.
